About Us
The Canadian Family Law Lawyers Network is a trans-Canada organization founded by family law lawyers who recognize the need for Canadians everywhere to receive competent representation in their family law cases from qualified, experienced and successful family law practitioners. All member-lawyers are persons who have demonstrated the highest level of skill in the practice of family law regardless of where in Canada they practice their profession.
Each member-lawyer has successfully passed rigorous screening by our administrative officers, each of whom has spent a minimum of 18 years in the practice of family law. Our members are skilled at both conducting contested trial matters as well as negotiating fair and equitable settlements for families.
You will be contacted by a lawyer whose duty is to act for you with the highest level of skill and integrity.
There is never any obligation on your part to hire a member-lawyer. That decision is yours alone to make after your free telephone consultation.
If you decide to retain one of our member-lawyers to represent you, you will be guaranteed that any fees charged to you for legal services will be reasonable and fair. Further, we have an established internal process to deal with any complaint that you may have. (See our Code of Conduct heading for details)
All communication with our member-lawyer and our organization is strictly confidential.
